When Kundalini Master Yogi Bhajan called this mantra perfect “to make your prayers effective and bring your ultimate destiny” he knew it was because of its power to bring the Divine home to you when you chant it!
What does that mean?
Well, think of how often you may have felt less than equal to what was being asked of you, or alone and unsupported, perhaps even doggedly down and depressed. An then there are those times when we all feel we need a miracle and we call on God.
This chant, done regularly for just 11 minutes a day, is a panacea for all that and much more. Because God isn't “out there” someplace, but seated right inside us. We're God's action arms for ourselves and for others.
Problem is, we don't know that as truth. To believe it, that is to believe in ourselves in this pure capacity, we need an experience of the Divine within ourselves.
Well that's what this mantra does. It awakens the Big You within you, the true miracle-worker you came to be.
