April's Numerology: Get With The Flow Now!

Dear Friends,

March is a 5 Cycle month in our Planetary Numerology. It represents the physical action processes of body and mind, calling on us to shift into a higher gear and enjoy the freedom of motion.

The command is to go and flow with ease - with your yoga, your meditative process, your flexible self! Otherwise it's a time where folks can get stubborn and stuck and that rhymes with muck (as in stuck in the muck!), and yuck! (which does not get you good luck). And yes for all your rhyme-smiths, it also rhymes with fire truck.

Move through pain and discomforts with gentle love for your body and its circumstances. Be kind to self and resist the desire to push yourself too much and be critical of self.

This message for April is especially significant as we're in a 10 Cycle Year which brings new beginnings, requiring us to get un-stuck NOW, to drop the stubborn attitudes, and add more lightness, rest and play in our lives! Achieving a new state of balance is so important! Resist nothing. Get with the higher flow of mind and body.

Don't be surprised if plans you set in the mental 4 Cycle month of March need to be modified (not drastically changed, though) and that's where the open flow of body and consciousness come to our aid.

April is also a great time for a short nutritional cleanse to help with our personal spring cleaning and then, freshly inspired, to get out in nature, to hike or jog or bike, and smell the flowers.

Supporting us are a number of Kundalini Yoga sets that emphasize stretching and flow, opening joints and relaxing the whole physical body. Sometimes just coming into Triangle Pose (some of you know it as “downward facing dog”) and engaging in Breath of Fire for 3 minutes will do the trick.

Among many powerful meditations appropriate at this time is the “7 Wave Sat Nam” which can be found in the Sadhana Guidelines Manual and on this link from the KRI Teachings website - http://www.kundalinirising.org/KRIResource/Meditations/SevenWaveSatNam1.pdf.

Chanting to that infinite, limitless identity of our souls (our “Sat Nam”) we expand exponentially. Leap over the limited mind with this chant!

As Kundalini Yoga Master Yogi Bhajan told us, our limited mind is our enemy and our unlimited mind is our best friend.

”When you become a slave of the mind, it will limit you. When you use it, it will bring you the whole universe."

Here Yogi Bhajan uses the term “use it” meaning to command the mind.

The special gift that goes with this month's 5 Cycle is a 3 – that's the Positive Mind, playful, light-hearted, and the platform that allows us through meditation to rise and live in the Neutral or Meditative Mind. In this way you rise with positivity and pull away from the emotionalism of the prior 3 months.

You are all in my prayers and held dearly in my Sat Nam Presence!

Bless you in all ways always!
