The Mul Mantra -A Rare And Certain Journey to Self-Elevation

Dear Family and Friends,

Please read my message and instructions below the video and audio before playing either. Things will make more sense!

I've had many requests to make this meditation a “general” meditation for everyone to do. So here it is!

This was the meditation we did for 2-1/2 hours for the “Journey to Brahm Prakash” meditation on April 20, 2020.

The video above is an eight minute introduction by myself that explains the “Mul Mantra” meditation we were all about to do on April 20th. It is very insightful and explains the vast and very personal importance of this mantra to me. I think it will help you understand this meditation better. You just might find yourself watching it more than once!

Below the video is the music player for the meditation chant-music. The first “song” is “Tuning In” that is traditionally used to begin a meditation.

The second “song” is “The Mul Mantra Meditation.” It plays for 2-1/2 hours so you can chant with it for as long as you like – 11 minutes, 31, 62, or the full 2-1/2 hours. Commit to chanting it daily this week, or longer, even 40 days. It is a beautiful melody I composed, chanted to, and played on a piano for this meditation.

The third “song” is the traditional way we end a meditation -by singing the “Longtime Sunshine” song.

In the midst of the darkness, doubt, fear and disease of these times of global pandemic, upheaval, and uncertainty, the “Mul Mantra” is enabling us to live in our light, our Essential Infinite Self.

The words speak not simply of the primary characteristics of God but of each of us – you and me – in our True Essence.

With its unique power to awaken the Divine in all of us, reciting the vibrations of the Mul Mantra can destroy your fate and help you realize your destiny.

My request of you is to chant this mantra once each day for at least 11 days. It can even be a part of a 40-day practice to help you re-lighten your life.

This practice could be for 11 minutes, 31 minutes, 62 minutes or for the full 2-1/2 hours as we did for the Journey to Brahm Prakash meditation. It’s your choice for the freedom of your soul. This will help you to break the cycle of ego rooted in the disease of fear. Light and health will rise in you and darkness will depart. You will experience yourself as a true blessing on this earth.

And of course, invite others to join you. Let it become a part of your core that you call on as part of your daily spiritual practice. Now and forever. So God lives through you and each and everyone of us.

Let us know your experience and bless you in all ways, in health and happiness, always!

Translation
Creator and Creation are one. I am one with Creator and with all creation.
This Great Truth is my identity, confirmed as I vibrate God’s Name.
God is the Doer. I am the Doer. God works through me and through all Creation.
God is fearless. I am fearless.
God has no anger or revenge. I have no anger or revenge.
God is undying and beyond form, so am I in my Infinite Essence.
God is unborn, beyond birth and death. So am I in my Infinite Essence.
God is self illumined. I am self illumined. Within me I have the power of all light.
This is known by the grace of the True Guru, God.
Meditate and reflect on this!
This was true in the Beginning
This is true throughout the ages
This is true here and now
Says Nanak, these truths shall forever and always be true.
