8/18/18 (Saturday) 6 pm - 9 pm
Journey To Brahm Prakash 2-1/2 Hour Meditation, Led by Sangeet Kaur

Welcome to a 10 Month and a 10 day in our planet’s numerology calendar and a fresh opportunity to once again engage the saints in the heavenly realm of Brahm Prakash.

All the power you and each of us over many years have put into building this Earth-to-Heaven liaison is accumulating the best connections for all.

So tonight we prepare for another positive planetary shift that will come in September using the chant known as the “Long Form of the Mul Mantra.” That’s the mantra that Master Yogi Bhajan told us is the “fate killer” or that which releases our karma. This long-form version also shifts the brain and all our vibrational circuitry into a higher octave.

This meditation is one of the keys Yogi Bhajan gave us to help us get through the gray period of the planet to achieve mental balance while we transition into the full radiance of the Aquarian Age in 2036.

You won’t find any recording of this mantra except one I made to help people learn how to do it. That’s because this mantra is meant to be done “a capella” or on your own.

Bless you all for joining us tonight!

On the morning of the 26th, starting at 3 am, yogis gather in hundreds of ashrams and yoga centers around the world to celebrate his birth by chanting 2-1/2 hours of the “Long Ek Ong Kar” meditation which he called “the DNA of Kundalini Yoga.” It is an inspiring, thrilling experience. 8/26/18 (Sunday) 3 am - 6 am Downtown Phoenix; & 4 am - 7 am at Anahata Yoga, Scottsdale
Yogi Bhajan's Birthday Sadhana Meditation -2-1/2 Hour "Long Ek Ong Kar" Meditation
.

This has been the beloved tradition for as long as Sangeet Kaur and Hari Nam Singh can remember.

Every August 26th on Yogi Bhajan's birthday, those of us in ashram communities would gather to chant at the beginning of the Amrit Vela (very early morning, 3 am-ish) for a special 2-1/2 hour meditation with the mantra "Ek Ong Kar." Right from the early days, this tradition has had broad appeal. Now this tradition is practiced in hundreds of Kundalini Yoga centers all across the globe.

For the first time, it is being held in two locations here in the metropolitan Phoenix area.

3 am - 6 am: Held at the downtown Sikh temple at 9th Street and Oak Street (across the street from the old Yoga Phoenix building). 2302 N. 9th St in Phoenix, AZ 85006 TAP FOR MAP.

4 am - 7 am: Held at Anahata Yoga Studio, 14148 N 100th St Ste C-130 in Scottsdale, AZ 85260 TAP FOR MAP.

Please come if at all possible. It is a very inspiring way to honor Yogi Bhajan, honor your soul, and to jump-start the second half of 2018!

No experience is necessary. Bring a comfy yoga mat or cushion to sit on, a shawl, and a water bottle.
