Full Moon Meditation For Women

Dear Family & Friends,

Wow! Two full moons again this month, at the start of the month tonight and again at almost the very end of the month. Sound like a replay of January?
These pesky moons look beautiful but they bring such a set of challenges!

We are in a Planetary 5 Cycle this month which could bring playfulness in our spirits and in our bodies. But these two full moons that create tsunamis with the water element in us and across the planet always heighten emotionalism, making playfulness difficult.

So what do we do? We gather together like tonight and chant. Chant with purpose. Chant with intention to bring all things back into balance – physical, emotional and spiritual. Balance is the key this month.

If you encounter events or people that become blocks, remember the ancient sound current meditations we chant can carry us through. “There is a way through every block,” Kundalini Yoga Master Yogi Bhajan always told us.

What is the way? Sometimes you flow over one block or around another. Whatever you do, this month in particular take nothing head-on. You may be tempted to push back. Don’t -- it will fail. Instead, flow like the water and the air which nothing can resist. Against hardness, go soft. Against shouts, create a soft smile. This will get you though every time. You bring nobleness of spirit to all.

Join with me tonight and again on Thursday the 29th for the “blue moon.” Between these moons is the planetary opening where we can do some extraordinary service for ourselves, our communities, for all. This occurs on Sunday, March 18th. Let’s gather together then for our 2-1/2 hour master meditation-chant to engage the energies of the Great Masters who dwell in the etheric realm of Brahm Prakash.

Together we will achieve a new balance and a new uplift.

Bless you all always,

Sangeet

Compatibility and Support Information for Computers / Smart Phone / Tablets

Please note that on some computers, phones and tablets the video can take up to 60 seconds to start (it is buffering the video stream).

Video support for mobile devices ("smart" phones and tablets) is often iffy because they use the newer and currently less compatible "HTML5" video instead of Flash.

Desktop/laptop computers (Windows, Mac and Linux) work best because they come with Adobe Flash Player. Please check that you have a very recent version of Flash. Video support for mobile devices, however, is often iffy. Mac users often have problems with the built-in browser "Safari". Install Google's "Chrome" browser or Mozilla's "Firefox" browser and use either one of those instead. (The difference between those two mostly has to do with privacy -with Chrome, being from Google, you surrender all your privacy [same as using Safari] and Firefox, being from the Mozilla Foundation, you retain much of your privacy.)

Android Smart Phone and Tablet users -In the recent versions of Andriod the built-in browser is called "Chrome." It is most compatible and usually works very well. If the video is not playing correctly, then there is not really anything that can be done other than try a desktop computer if one is nearby -that may work better for you.

Firefox-for-Andriod (free and found in the Google Play store) usually works well. We personally use Firefox-for-Android on our Android devices rather than the built-in brower (for a number of reasons including better privacy and also better compatibility with HTML 5 video). So you might want to give it a try!

iPads and iPhones purchased within the past year or so usually work fine with the video. Older versions often struggle to keep a reliable video connection and there really isn't a way to fix it.

In general, though, if the video stops and there is just a black box without a big "Play" button in the middle of it, "refreshing" your browser usually re-starts the video. Unfortunately, interruptions during live broadcasts are usually unavoidable. However, with the new cutting-edge technology we're using in 2016 combined with you using a computer / smart phone / tablet less than 2 years old can minimized interruptions and in some cases avoid them all together. It is just the nature of this young technology, but it will improve in the coming years.
