Full Moon Meditation For Women

Dear Family & Friends,

Wow! Two full moons again this month, at the start of the month tonight and again at almost the very end of the month. Sound like a replay of January?
These pesky moons look beautiful but they bring such a set of challenges!

We are in a Planetary 5 Cycle this month which could bring playfulness in our spirits and in our bodies. But these two full moons that create tsunamis with the water element in us and across the planet always heighten emotionalism, making playfulness difficult.

So what do we do? We gather together like tonight and chant. Chant with purpose. Chant with intention to bring all things back into balance – physical, emotional and spiritual. Balance is the key this month.

If you encounter events or people that become blocks, remember the ancient sound current meditations we chant can carry us through. “There is a way through every block,” Kundalini Yoga Master Yogi Bhajan always told us.

What is the way? Sometimes you flow over one block or around another. Whatever you do, this month in particular take nothing head-on. You may be tempted to push back. Don’t -- it will fail. Instead, flow like the water and the air which nothing can resist. Against hardness, go soft. Against shouts, create a soft smile. This will get you though every time. You bring nobleness of spirit to all.

Join with me tonight and again on Thursday the 29th for the “blue moon.” Between these moons is the planetary opening where we can do some extraordinary service for ourselves, our communities, for all. This occurs on Sunday, March 18th. Let’s gather together then for our 2-1/2 hour master meditation-chant to engage the energies of the Great Masters who dwell in the etheric realm of Brahm Prakash.

Together we will achieve a new balance and a new uplift.

Bless you all always,

Sangeet

Compatibility and Support Information for Computers / Smart Phone / Tablets

Please note that on some computers, phones and tablets the video can take up to 60 seconds to start (it is buffering the video stream).

Video support for mobile devices ("smart" phones and tablets) is often iffy because they use the newer and currently less compatible "HTML5" video instead of Flash.

Desktop/laptop computers (Windows, Mac and Linux) work best because they come with Adobe Flash Player. Please check that you have a very recent version of Flash. Video support for mobile devices, however, is often iffy. Mac users often have problems with the built-in browser "Safari". Install Google's "Chrome" browser or Mozilla's "Firefox" browser and use either one of those instead. (The difference between those two mostly has to do with privacy -with Chrome, being from Google, you surrender all your privacy [same as using Safari] and Firefox, being from the Mozilla Foundation, you retain much of your privacy.)

Android Smart Phone and Tablet users -In the recent versions of Andriod the built-in browser is called "Chrome." It is most compatible and usually works very well. If the video is not playing correctly, then there is not really anything that can be done other than try a desktop computer if one is nearby -that may work better for you.

Firefox-for-Andriod (free and found in the Google Play store) usually works well. We personally use Firefox-for-Android on our Android devices rather than the built-in brower (for a number of reasons including better privacy and also better compatibility with HTML 5 video). So you might want to give it a try!

iPads and iPhones purchased within the past year or so usually work fine with the video. Older versions often struggle to keep a reliable video connection and there really isn't a way to fix it.

In general, though, if the video stops and there is just a black box without a big "Play" button in the middle of it, "refreshing" your browser usually re-starts the video. Unfortunately, interruptions during live broadcasts are usually unavoidable. However, with the new cutting-edge technology we're using in 2016 combined with you using a computer / smart phone / tablet less than 2 years old can minimized interruptions and in some cases avoid them all together. It is just the nature of this young technology, but it will improve in the coming years.

Full Moon Meditation For Women

Hallelujah! and say “Syonara” to the Final Super-Full-Moon and the Close of a Difficult 3 Cycle Month!

Dear Family and Friends,

Wow, we’ve finally arrived! The end of an emotional, tumultuous (and for some sickly) 3 Cycle month with its two super-moons that can whip emotions about like a spinning vortex.

If you’ve been following my Blessings Code numerology blogs each month you know I’ve pointed to January as a bit troublesome.

Well now that’s behind us. We’re at a time when going forward can be more sane and steady and benefits can begin to flow to us all from this year’s 11 Cycle of Divine Blessings.

So tonight we chant together, gathering locally in Phoenix at 6 pm in my cozy home and broadcasting across the internet a beautiful healing meditation to carry us into the new 4 Planetary Cycle month of February that should bring more reasonable times. See my blog for this month that will have more details, including highlighting a special heart-center time opening for us between February 8-14.

Tonight come chant with us and let go of anything that has bothered you.

You’ll be in truly great company!

Bless you all always,

Sangeet

Full Moon Meditation For Women and Men

Dear Family,

As if you haven't noticed, things are a little different now. And what better way to start off the New Year than with a "different" moon!

Tonight's full moon is known as the "Full Wolf Moon" but don't let that stop you from going outside and enjoying it!

This full moon is also one of two "Super Moons" this month. A "Super Moon" is when the moon is closest to the Earth in its monthly slightly elliptical orbit. The astronomical term is "perigee full moon." However, in popular culture, the "Super Moon" term is often used for whenever the moon is relatively close to the Earth, not just at perigee.

The second full moon in January, on January 31st, will also be a "Super Moon" and as an added bonus, will have a Lunar Eclipse! It is the First Blue Moon Total Lunar Eclipse in 150 years!

Here are some fun January Full Moon Facts:

1. Tonight the moon will be 221,559 miles away from Earth, the closest it has been since 1998.
2. The month of January has a second full moon! It is on January 31st. When a month has a second full moon, that second one is known as a "Blue Moon." The term actually comes about from a mistake in an astronomy article in the 1940s. The term "blue moon" stuck, and 70 years later it is still in common use.
3. Both of January's full moons are Super Moons!
4. It is very rare that a Super Moon is also a Blue Moon!
5. Blue Moons happen about every 30 months or so.
6. The January 31st Blue Moon-Super Moon-Lunar Eclipse will be viewable (weather permitting, of course) in eastern Asia, Australia, India, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. In North America, Hawaii, Alaska, and northwestern Canada will see some of it. The moon will be setting or already set for the rest of North America.
7. The "Quadrantids" meteor shower will happen very early January 4th, maybe 2, 3, 4 am and will appear to come from a little below the Big Dipper's handle.

So, what does all this mean? Be steady, STAY POSITIVE, and get your family outdoors into the night sky and see the Divine Plan in action!

Oh, and visit a nearby Observatory if available. Hari Nam and I are members of the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona!

If you can't join me in person, then join me in our live broadcast right here on www.healingsource.com.

No experience is needed and Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless us as Women and Men in all ways, always!

Sangeet

Full Moon Meditation For Women

Heading toward 2018: A Time for Goodness to Grow

Dear Healing Source Family & Friends,

Tonight we celebrate and bathe in the vibrations of a timeless healing chant under the celestial light of a “supermoon”, the only full-supermoon to occur in 2017. In modern and older folklore it's known as the Full Cold Moon as well as the Full Long Nights Moon as it is closest to the winter solstice.

Being designated a supermoon means the full moon in its orbit reaches perigee, in other words is closest to the Earth. This is the only super moon in 2017. It appears 8% larger and 16% brighter.

The resulting pull on the Earth's tides and geophysical structure, and on the tides of human emotions, will be at super-strength as well. The effect carries on several days before and after the moon reaches its perigee – which occurred at 10:47 am Eastern Time today (Monday the 4th).

But wait! There's more to this story!

Today's supermoon is not alone! It is quickly followed by 2 other Supermoons – an unusual succession of 3 powerhouses. The others will occur on January 1st and 31st. Yes we will be meditating together here at my home each of those evenings and broadcasting them as we will tonight.

Bless us as Women in all ways, always!

Sangeet

The Full Harvest Moon rises this coming Thursday, October 5th.

Ladies, let's celebrate and meditate with chanting and the soothing vibes of the symphonic gong. Join Sangeet for her live-stream broadcast right here on this website (www.healingsource.com) or join Sangeet live at her home in North Phoenix.

Question: Why is this the Harvest Moon and not the full moon in September?

Answer: Because this full moon is the closest to the Equinox.

Interesting Factoid: This particular full moon is also known as the Hunter Moon, the Travel Moon, and the Dying Grass Moon. Hummm, "Dying Grass Moon"... Might be the reverse here in the Southwest if you let your grass brown-out over the summer!.

No experience is needed and Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless us as Women in all ways, always!

Full Moon Meditation For Women and Men

Dear Family,

What a great full moon this is and a great time to gather together as family.

This full moon has many names given by various native people - the Full Corn Moon, the Barley Moon, the Moon When the Deer Paw at the Earth, the Moon When he Calves Grow Hair, and the Moon When the Plums Are Scarlet.

It is not the Harvest Moon - that comes in October this year as it is closer to the Equinox than this September moon.

Now for us it's the best moon to gather and meditate this month!

The healing chant tonight will build our energies and bring calm in this time of weather challenges and ongoing emotional storms. This is a great turning point on our planet, a time to turn our eyes heavenward, to pray and meditate, and to return to our deepest spiritual values.

Men are invited to join in tonight with this ongoing women's group as this month we celebrate together the Fall Equinox.

No experience is needed and Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless us as Women and Men in all ways, always!

Sangeet
