My Dearest Friends and Family,

Tonight's Full Moon is known as the "Full Wolf Moon" by Native Americans. It refers to the time of the winter season when the snow was not yet too deep to prevent wolf packs from hunting for scarce resources. This included howling and hunting outside Native American villages.

For the Natives, this was a reminder to be extra mindful when traveling and leaving the safety of the group. It also reinforced wise usage of their own scarce resources.

Today, for most of us, particularly in an urban setting, resources are plentiful even in the time of the "Wolf Moon." But that doesn't mean that we should drop being mindful of our own situation, surroundings, and resources. It is incumbent upon each of us to keep ourselves prepared and aware, not out of fear, but out of maturity. "Things" don't always go the way we planned or hoped for!

So come join me and start this New Year by building our own spiritual awareness and strength as woman!

My Women's Full Moon Meditation and Healing Circle have been ongoing monthly unbroken for 27 years! Just four times a year (Solstices and Equinoxes) this normally women's meditation is open to men and family.

Together we will enjoy our special 31-minute healing mantra followed by a wonderful relaxation with our amazing Gong to soothe away any remaining thoughts of the past year!

No experience is needed and Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless all of us as Women, Mothers, and Spouses tonight and always!

Sangeet

Compatibility and Support Information for Computers / Smart Phone / Tablets

Please note that on some computers, phones and tablets the video can take up to 60 seconds to start (it is buffering the video stream).

Video support for mobile devices ("smart" phones and tablets) is often iffy because they use the newer and currently less compatible "HTML5" video instead of Flash.

Desktop/laptop computers (Windows, Mac and Linux) work best because they come with Adobe Flash Player. Please check that you have a very recent version of Flash. Video support for mobile devices, however, is often iffy. Mac users often have problems with the built-in browser "Safari". Install Google's "Chrome" browser or Mozilla's "Firefox" browser and use either one of those instead. (The difference between those two mostly has to do with privacy -with Chrome, being from Google, you surrender all your privacy [same as using Safari] and Firefox, being from the Mozilla Foundation, you retain much of your privacy.)

Android Smart Phone and Tablet users -In the recent versions of Andriod the built-in browser is called "Chrome." It is most compatible and usually works very well. If the video is not playing correctly, then there is not really anything that can be done other than try a desktop computer if one is nearby -that may work better for you.

Firefox-for-Andriod (free and found in the Google Play store) usually works well. We personally use Firefox-for-Android on our Android devices rather than the built-in brower (for a number of reasons including better privacy and also better compatibility with HTML 5 video). So you might want to give it a try!

iPads and iPhones purchased within the past year or so usually work fine with the video. Older versions often struggle to keep a reliable video connection and there really isn't a way to fix it.

In general, though, if the video stops and there is just a black box without a big "Play" button in the middle of it, "refreshing" your browser usually re-starts the video. Unfortunately, interruptions during live broadcasts are usually unavoidable. However, with the new cutting-edge technology we're using in 2016 combined with you using a computer / smart phone / tablet less than 2 years old can minimized interruptions and in some cases avoid them all together. It is just the nature of this young technology, but it will improve in the coming years.

November 14, 2016 Super Moon with a Saguaro cactus.November 14, 2016 (left photo, 6:56am) The Perigree Supermoon sets to the west
of Phoenix, AZ with a Saguaro cactus on Squaw Peak in the foreground.
(Right photo 7:17am) Turning the camera to the east a few minutes later and the Sun peaks out around a Saguaro and its first rays warm Camelback Mountain.

My Dearest Friends and Family,

Here's a fresh start to the new week with my husband's shot of the "Supermoon" over Phoenix next to a mighty Saguaro, He's up on Squaw Peak with the city lights below.

The power of prayer is also at it's highest when we gather under the energy of the full moon.

My Full Moon Meditation for Women is TONIGHT. Please try to make it in person if you can, but if you can't, then join us for the Live Broadcast here on this website.

Our beautiful Full Moon Meditation for Women has been ongoing monthly for 26 years!

This was the time of year when native folks observed that beavers were actively preparing for winter and so they called this full moon the “Full Beaver Moon.”

But tonight's full moon is extra special -this “Supermoon” is extra powerful because this full moon is the closest to the Earth since 1948, and it won't be this close again until 2034.

Here are two articles with more details:

NASA.gov November Supermoon a Spectacular Sight
Space.com Supermoon November 2016: When, Where & How to See It

So come join me for this “Super Full Moon Meditation for Women.” We will meditate to the 31-minute Siri Gaitri healing mantra and then relax while I play the symphonic gong to let the challenges of life melt away.

The meditation is easy to learn and no prior experience is necessary, so come and be part of this great tradition!

Oh, and of course Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless all of us and bless the consciousness of this world, always!

Dear Family,

Tonight we must gather as a family to deepen our intentions and prayers to cleanse this planet of darkness, anger and senseless death.

As we approach the Equinox we move into a new level of power to promote a higher will for ourselves and our circles of friends.

I invite the whole family to come celebrate the coming Autumnal Equinox - a time to gather in reverence for the constancy of this earth and its stable support of our souls on their journey.

As we chant the traditional "Siri Gaitri" mantra (aka the "Ra Ma Da Sa" mantra) for 31 minutes, let us focus on those we place in our immediate circle for healing, and all who join us via our livestream broadcast will place others in their circles of healing.

Then to seal in this important work I'll play my beautiful gong in a way that will elevate spirit everywhere while you relax and heal in the gong's energy attunement.

Bless all of us and bless the consciousness of this world!

And of course Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Blessings and love to you always!

Sangeet

Compatibility and Support Information for Computers / Smart Phones / Tablets

Desktop/laptop computers (Windows, Mac and Linux) work best because they come with Adobe Flash Player. Please check that you have a very recent version of Flash. Video support for mobile devices, however, is often iffy. Mac users often have problems with the built-in browser "Safari". Install Google's "Chrome" browser or Mozilla's "Firefox" browser and use either one of those instead. (The difference between those two mostly has to do with privacy -with Chrome, being from Google, you surrender all your privacy [same as using Safari] and Firefox, being from the Mozilla Foundation, you retain most of your privacy.)

Android Smart Phone and Tablet users -If the video in the box above is not working after about a minute (and you are using Android's built-in web browser), then it probably won't work. However, installing Firefox-for-Andriod (free and found in the Google Play store) usually does work.

In general, though, if the video stops and there is just a black box without a big "start" button in the middle of it, "refreshing" your browser usually re-starts the video. Unfortunately, interuptions during live broadcasts are usually unavoidable. However, with the new cutting-edge technology we're using in 2016 combined with you using a computer / smart phone / tablet less than 2 years old can minimized interuptions and in some cases avoid them all together. It is just the nature of this young technology, but it will improve in the coming years.

It is called UStream and it works a little bit differently from our old service. Especially the Chat box area. I haven't figured it all out, particularly the (optional) social media part. It seems that you can update your FB page with the mediation details. If you are a Ustream regular user, please phone me tomorrow.

Also, now you can watch Sangeet's broadcasts directly on UStream.com. If you have problems watching the Broadcast here on our website, try watching directly:

Thank you for your support, and Sangeet loves knowing you are with her in this Journey of Life!

Suggested Donation of $11 for Tonight will enable us to continue bringing you high quality events like this one. Thank you!

Sangeet

Android Smart Phone and Tablet users -In the recent versions of Andriod the built-in browser is called "Chrome." It is most compatible and usually works very well. If the video is not playing correctly, then there is not really anything that can be done other than try a desktop computer if one is nearby -that may work better for you.

Firefox-for-Andriod (free and found in the Google Play store) usually works well.
