Full Moon Meditation For Women

Sat Nam All! We are in the final throes of the challenging 9 cycle across the planet and here in North America we are also experiencing the tumult of the oncoming solar eclipse. Have you noticed arguments, upsets and mis-communication happening increasingly?

Well tonight (starting at 6 pm Phoenix time) we're going to depart from our usual practice of chanting the Siri Gaitri healing meditation for 31 minutes to do a very special energy-balancing meditation.

We'll be balancing the Sun and Moon energies in all of us and healing our mis-communications issues with others with intuitive understanding. Let's get rid of this angry stuff. This is a real science!

Come join us chanting the powerful “RA-A-MA-A Meditation” – live at my home or on our broadcast here at www.healingsource.com.

Then continue this chant for 11 minutes a day for 40 days. It will carry us through the shift from the end of the 9 cycle into the start of the 10 cycle which dawns on Sept. 22nd.

Of course we will end with a short gong meditation and then some yogi tea with healthy snacks.

No experience is needed and Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless you all, always!

Sangeet

Compatibility and Support Information for Computers / Smart Phone / Tablets

Please note that on some computers, phones and tablets the video can take up to 60 seconds to start (it is buffering the video stream).

Video support for mobile devices ("smart" phones and tablets) is often iffy because they use the newer and currently less compatible "HTML5" video instead of Flash.

Desktop/laptop computers (Windows, Mac and Linux) work best because they come with Adobe Flash Player. Please check that you have a very recent version of Flash. Video support for mobile devices, however, is often iffy. Mac users often have problems with the built-in browser "Safari". Install Google's "Chrome" browser or Mozilla's "Firefox" browser and use either one of those instead. (The difference between those two mostly has to do with privacy -with Chrome, being from Google, you surrender all your privacy [same as using Safari] and Firefox, being from the Mozilla Foundation, you retain much of your privacy.)

Android Smart Phone and Tablet users -In the recent versions of Andriod the built-in browser is called "Chrome." It is most compatible and usually works very well. If the video is not playing correctly, then there is not really anything that can be done other than try a desktop computer if one is nearby -that may work better for you.

Firefox-for-Andriod (free and found in the Google Play store) usually works well. We personally use Firefox-for-Android on our Android devices rather than the built-in brower (for a number of reasons including better privacy and also better compatibility with HTML 5 video). So you might want to give it a try!

iPads and iPhones purchased within the past year or so usually work fine with the video. Older versions often struggle to keep a reliable video connection and there really isn't a way to fix it.

In general, though, if the video stops and there is just a black box without a big "Play" button in the middle of it, "refreshing" your browser usually re-starts the video. Unfortunately, interruptions during live broadcasts are usually unavoidable. However, with the new cutting-edge technology we're using in 2016 combined with you using a computer / smart phone / tablet less than 2 years old can minimized interruptions and in some cases avoid them all together. It is just the nature of this young technology, but it will improve in the coming years.

Full Moon Meditation For Women

May's Full Moon, in Native American lore, is known as the Full Flower Moon as flowers spring forth in abundance this month. Some Algonquin tribes knew this full Moon as the Corn Planting Moon or the Milk Moon. Among folklore oddities, it is said that the Full Moon, on any month, is an ideal time to accept a proposal of marriage. So, check with Sangeet to see which upcoming Full Moon has your numerology cycles best in alignment for a successful marriage!

This month we are focused on expanding the healing and loving heart around the planet.

My Dearest Friends and Family,

April’s Full Moon, in Native American lore, is known as the Full Pink Moon as it heralds the appearance of the moss pink, or wild ground phlox, one of the first spring flowers.

It is also known as the Sprouting Grass Moon. Our energy as women is focused on nurturing life around the planet throughout the seasons and it is especially prevalent now in the northern hemispheres as nature at this time renews itself from winter.

Come join Sangeet in a 31-minute healing chant and then rest while she plays the symphonic gong to clear our subconscious and raise our vibration.

My Dearest Friends and Family,

Come celebrate Spring with Sangeet and a great circle of women who gather monthly to heal themselves and spread healing throughout our community. These monthly gatherings have been ongoing and unbroken for 27 years!

After the sweet 31-minute chant, Sangeet will lead a peaceful and relaxing 11-minute gong meditation.

While we in the Southwest are so blessed to have been experiencing Spring flowers and warmer temps for nearly a month, other states are just coming out of wintery blasts.

Thus March is traditionally known as the "Full Worm Moon" by Native Americans and the early colonists. It's a time when the ground softens enough for earthworms to reappear, inviting the return of robins and migrating birds. Thus the Earth begins to experience a re-birth from winter.

In some regions, this is also known as the "Sap Moon," as maple sap begins to flow and the annual tapping of maple trees begins. Yummy!

Come join us in our own healing rebirth this Sunday March 12th - live or online right here on our website!

No experience is needed and Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless all of us as Women, Mothers, and Spouses tonight and always!

Sangeet

My Dearest Friends and Family,

Don't miss this one! Why? It's special!

On this date we experience a three-fold impact from the heavens.

One, the full moon itself which always affects the emotional tides in us. And this one is known as the “Snow Moon” or the “Hungry Moon” when native people found it difficult to find forage.

However, there's also a special lunar eclipse called a “penumbral eclipse” because the Sun, Earth and Moon align in an almost straight line and the Earth blocks light of the sun reaching the moon, casting a shadow on the moon.

And there is more – a rare traveler streaks across our sky, known as the New Year Comet.

So this Friday we'll focus on building inner calm and sharing that with our circles of family and friends.

Sangeet leads a 31-minute healing mantra and adds in a powerful meditation with the symphonic gong at the end.

No experience is needed and Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless all of us as Women, Mothers, and Spouses tonight and always!

My Dearest Friends and Family,

Tonight's Full Moon is known as the "Full Wolf Moon" by Native Americans. It refers to the time of the winter season when the snow was not yet too deep to prevent wolf packs from hunting for scarce resources. This included howling and hunting outside Native American villages.

For the Natives, this was a reminder to be extra mindful when traveling and leaving the safety of the group. It also reinforced wise usage of their own scarce resources.

Today, for most of us, particularly in an urban setting, resources are plentiful even in the time of the "Wolf Moon." But that doesn't mean that we should drop being mindful of our own situation, surroundings, and resources. It is incumbent upon each of us to keep ourselves prepared and aware, not out of fear, but out of maturity. "Things" don't always go the way we planned or hoped for!

So come join me and start this New Year by building our own spiritual awareness and strength as woman!

My Women's Full Moon Meditation and Healing Circle have been ongoing monthly unbroken for 27 years! Just four times a year (Solstices and Equinoxes) this normally women's meditation is open to men and family.

Together we will enjoy our special 31-minute healing mantra followed by a wonderful relaxation with our amazing Gong to soothe away any remaining thoughts of the past year!

No experience is needed and Yogi Tea and snacks are served after.

Bless all of us as Women, Mothers, and Spouses tonight and always!

Sangeet
