Sangeet begins with the "Adi Mantra" also known as the "Tuning In" mantra chant that leads into our traditional "Ra Ma Da Sa" Full Moon meditation for 31 minutes, followed by 11 minutes of relaxation while Sangeet plays her beloved gong, and ends with the "Longtime Sunshine" song.

Meditation details are below the video.

Happy Full Flower Moon & Sangeet’s Message for June!

Sat Nam and Greetings all Lovely Flowers!

Thank you for joining me tonight for our healing chant on the Full Flower Moon and welcome in the best of ourselves! This is the feminine nurturing time the North American tribes also recognized as the Mother’s Moon, the Milk Moon and the Corn Planting Moon.

The profundity of nature resides in the emergence of the feminine. So we celebrate our feminine consciousness together tonight.

I’ve also recorded a personal message for you tonight which you may want to play before the start of the meditation . I too am emerging from the cocoon of rebirth that came with my recent month-long hospitalization. The time could not be more fitting.

Perhaps it is not quite June but it sure feels like it. Everything is in bloom! And that’s the theme for the 8 Planetary Cycle all during the month of June. Come out of your Spring slumbers and bloom, get into action!

Put any plans you have into play, take time to get out in nature and breathe! Open your wings and fly, fly fly!

This coming month sets the course for the balance of the year. It’s a time to start new things, put extra energy into anything you’ve delayed doing and look ahead into whatever it will take to keep you happy and laughing. What you do now in June will help assure that the rest of 2018 continues a strong upward path.

So let’s make it a time for self-victory!

That’s why we’ve chosen a true power mantra to broadcast all day on June 18th, in our important 2-1/2 hour meditation we do each month which is known as the Journey to Brahm Prakash. The mantra just right for this occasion is “Dharti Hai, Akash Hai, Guru Ram Das Hai.” (Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya) On that day join us at any time so that we can engage the heavens in this mighty path of victory and peace.

Peace within you, peace through you, peace blooming from you to all!

I urge all of you to make this your mantra for the entire month of June. This is your declaration of the God-in-You, a bringing together of Earth and Heavens in the white light of Guru Ram Das that spreads love and peace from your heart.

I made an instructional video on this meditation (CLICK HERE) that you'll enjoy, especially if this your first time doing this meditation. The video will guide you through the hand/arm positions that go with the chant. Do it for 11 minutes daily and feel the uplift!

Bless you all always,

Compatibility and Support Information for Computers / Smart Phone / Tablets

Please note that on some computers, phones and tablets the video can take up to 60 seconds to start (it is buffering the video stream).

Video support for mobile devices ("smart" phones and tablets) is often iffy because they use the newer and currently less compatible "HTML5" video instead of Flash.

Desktop/laptop computers (Windows, Mac and Linux) work best because they come with Adobe Flash Player. Please check that you have a very recent version of Flash. Video support for mobile devices, however, is often iffy. Mac users often have problems with the built-in browser "Safari". Install Google's "Chrome" browser or Mozilla's "Firefox" browser and use either one of those instead. (The difference between those two mostly has to do with privacy -with Chrome, being from Google, you surrender all your privacy [same as using Safari] and Firefox, being from the Mozilla Foundation, you retain much of your privacy.)

Android Smart Phone and Tablet users -In the recent versions of Andriod the built-in browser is called "Chrome." It is most compatible and usually works very well. If the video is not playing correctly, then there is not really anything that can be done other than try a desktop computer if one is nearby -that may work better for you.

Firefox-for-Andriod (free and found in the Google Play store) usually works well. We personally use Firefox-for-Android on our Android devices rather than the built-in brower (for a number of reasons including better privacy and also better compatibility with HTML 5 video). So you might want to give it a try!

iPads and iPhones purchased within the past year or so usually work fine with the video. Older versions often struggle to keep a reliable video connection and there really isn't a way to fix it.

In general, though, if the video stops and there is just a black box without a big "Play" button in the middle of it, "refreshing" your browser usually re-starts the video. Unfortunately, interruptions during live broadcasts are usually unavoidable. However, with the new cutting-edge technology we're using in 2016 combined with you using a computer / smart phone / tablet less than 2 years old can minimized interruptions and in some cases avoid them all together. It is just the nature of this young technology, but it will improve in the coming years.
