Sangeet's Message About Tonight's Journey to Brahm Prakash Meditation

Dear Friends,

We continue to build our self-mastery in this challenging 9 Cycle with our 2-1/2 hour "Brahm Prakash Master Meditation" each month. This is a month to be remembered! We seek now to raise the compassionate heart to reign supreme over the limitations of the finite mind.

On the 16th of each month a major portal opens around the world that allows us to meditate and reach the heavenly ethers to enlist the support of the ancient masters to surround this planet with the power and intention of our meditation and prayers.

This evening we will also celebrate the Full Moon Women's Healing Circle and so we are merging this master chant with this month's Full Moon Meditation.

We will be chanting the powerful mantra "Pran Bandha Mantra" for 2-1/2 hours to elevate ourselves and call on the masters in the etheric realm to spread this healing energy and encircle all on the planet.

The mantra is:

"Pavan Pavan Pavan Pavan, Par Para, Pavan Guru.
Pavan Guru, Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru, Pavan Guru."

The translation is:

Pavan is the Divine Breath; Par Para means "from beyond the beyond"; Pavan Guru means breath is the Guru, and Wahe Guru is the highest experience of the Divine.

Chanting this mantra awakens the life force, God in action. This mantra gives the experience of "may the force be with you."

In the words of Yogi Bhajan, "Whoever recites this mantra becomes absolutely divine. This mantra increases pranic energy. There is no better healing than this."

"Pran Bandha Mantra" means that mantra that collects, binds and commands the life force or prana. It takes you through an inter-dimensional doorway to merge you with the unlimited sea of prana and life. This mantra forges a link between you as a finite magnetic field (aura) and the universal, creative magnetic field we can Universal Consciousness.

It can bring you the experience of deathlessness. Prayers become more effective. With this you can embody a divine personality and become creative and fearless.

Join us for this powerful expression of spirit in form!

NOTE: --When we start the long meditation, shortly after 6 pm, all who wish to join in to celebrate the coming full moon can join us for a half hour and then quietly leave the circle.

Join us for this powerful expression of spirit in form!

Bless you in all ways, always,

   Sangeet

Compatibility and Support Information for Computers / Smart Phone / Tablets

Please note that on some computers, phones and tablets the video can take up to 60 seconds to start (it is buffering the video stream).

Video support for mobile devices ("smart" phones and tablets) is often iffy because they use the newer and currently less compatible "HTML 5" video instead of Flash.

Desktop/laptop computers (Windows, Mac and Linux) work best because they come with Adobe Flash Player. Please check that you have a very recent version of Flash.

Mac users often have problems with the built-in browser "Safari". Install Google's "Chrome" browser or Mozilla's "Firefox" browser and use either one of those instead. (The difference between those two mostly has to do with privacy -with Chrome, being from Google, you surrender all your privacy [same as using Safari] and Firefox, being from the Mozilla Foundation, you retain most of your privacy.)

Android Smart Phones and Tablets purchased within the past year or so usually work fine with the video. If the video in the box above is not working after about a minute (and you are using Android's built-in web browser), then it probably won't work. However, installing Firefox-for-Andriod (free and found in the Google Play store) usually does work. We personally use Firefox-for-Android on our Android devices rather than the built-in brower (for a number of reasons including better privacy and also better compatibility with HTML 5 video). So you might want to give it a try!

iOS (iPhones and iPads) purchased within the past year or so usually work fine with the video. Older versions often struggle to keep a reliable video connection and there really isn't a way to fix it.

In general, though, if the video stops and there is just a black box without a big "start" button in the middle of it, "refreshing" your browser (pressing "F5" works most of the time) usually re-starts the video. Unfortunately, interuptions during live broadcasts are mostly unavoidable. However, with the new cutting-edge technology we're using in 2016 combined with you using a computer / smart phone / tablet less than 2 years old can minimized interuptions and in some cases avoid them all together. It is just the nature of this young technology, but it will improve in the coming years.

Sangeet's Message About Tonight's Journey to Brahm Prakash Meditation

Dear Friends,

We continue to build our self-mastery in this challenging 9 Cycle with our 2-1/2 hour meditations each month. This is a month to be remembered! We seek nothing less than to make big strides in our expanded consciousness in its most positive state.

On the 16th of each month a major portal opens around the world that allows us to meditate and reach the heavenly ethers to enlist the support of the ancient masters to surround this planet with the power and intention of our meditation and prayers.

The mantra we'll be chanting is:

Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad, Sat Gur Prasad Ek Ong Kar

This literally means "There is one God. This truth is realized by the Guru's grace."

Often called the "Magic Mantra", this mantra is known for its powers to reverse the negative and turn it into positive - negative circumstances, negative habits, negative minds, negative surroundings... and this mantra has power to convert them all to positive. Historically it is known to have been chanted 3000 years before the birth of Guru Nanak in 1469 AD.

The mantra brings self–esteem and self–confidence in the most difficult circumstances. It greatly expands intuitive awareness and can stop anything negative, removing all obstacles. It eliminates Karmic blocks or past errors and purifies the magnetic field (aura). The mantra must be chanted in a sacred way.

After chanting it, it is wise to keep your thoughts and words positive, as you will be in a state of manifestation. It is a very creative chant. Anything you say will be amplified and created with great force. When you are in this state give your prayers and most positive projections for health, happiness, and holiness.

We will be using a beautiful musical rendition to uplift and guide us. Join us for this powerful expression of spirit in form!

Bless you in all ways, always,

   Sangeet

Date & Time: Saturday July 16, 2016, 6:00 - 9:00pm
Fee:
$20 ($35 for a couple) - A warm vegan meal will be served afterwards with Yogi Tea!

This literally means "We are we, we are God," God in form and consciousness, in full vibrational spirit. We'll be using a version of the chanted melody from the CD "Hummee Hum Brahm Hum" by Gurucharan S. Khalsa and Gurusangat Singh.

This chant fixes the identity of the one who chants into their true identity. It can be used for a heart-opening self-blessing. As it draws us into compassion it helps us develop a strong and expanded self, a crystallized self. Let's spread this energy around the world!

Sangeet's Message About This Morning's Journey to Brahm Prakash Meditation

Sat Nam My Dear Family!

What a month we have entered!

The power of this year's Planetary 9 Cycle has come round to a month where we must address both primary aspects of the mind – the mundane rational mind that can be a helper or trap us in a mental box and the vast mind that can take us to the ethers and the knowledge of God and yet can leave us scattered and helpless in the spin of unreality, incompletions and unfocused thinking.

These are the attributes of the 4 Neutral Mind (all this month) and the 9 Mind of the Subtle Energy Body (all year). This can bring a mammoth psychological interlock. Both minds are necessary – the limited consciousness that must use reason and the unlimited consciousness entered through the open door of intuition. There you have it: limited mind and Infinite Mind.

"Man jitay jug jeet" – "Conquer your mind and you conquer the world" – a wisdom-command written by Guru Nanak in the late 1400s.

So this is the month we must take some major steps to do just that. Otherwise we reap the mental whirlwind.

Practical steps will help. Complete as many tasks as you can. Start nothing you are not fully committed to finishing. Live with absolute gratitude for everything. Clean closets, in fact clean house – isn't this a great time for "spring housecleaning?" We are at our house! Anytime you feel stuck, step out in the sun for awhile, and chant, chant, chant. Day and night. Aloud or whispered in your mind.

We continue to build our self-mastery in this challenging 9 Cycle with our 2-1/2 hour meditations each month. This is a month to be remembered! We must meet the challenges of our limited mind and lift it to vibrate on the level of our Infinite Mind.

On the 16th of each month a major portal opens around the world that allows us to meditate and reach the heavenly ethers to enlist the support of the ancient masters to surround this planet with the power and intention of our meditation and prayers.

This month’s mantra is:

Gobinday Mukunday Undaray Aparay Hariung Kariung Nirnamay Akamay

It is known as the Guru Gaitri Mantra and will be chanted as a strong celestial march. We will generate enormous power and uplift!

Here are extracts from what Yogi Bhajan said about this mantra when he first taught it on 9/11/1976:

"These are eight facets of God, eight sides of God...These words existed before any language existed...These are called rhythm mantras. Rhythm mantras are meant to pick you up into the ether. This is one mantra in the world which balances the ether and the Earth... You can sing it driving, sitting, eating, sleeping... Whenever you utter it, all facets of God will be right in you. Now, when you will do this, after a while you will say something and it will happen; don't worry. Just keep on doing it...The Guru Gaitri Mantra of Guru Gobind Singh has the power of the four Vedas, six Puranas and thirty-six Simritis. All these (ancient sacred texts) are equal to reciting the Guru Gaitri just once... Whosoever shall chant it, the Primal Power, the Adi Shakti, will guard that being… This mantra is a ‘Shakti’ mantra. Shakti gives one the positive power of God. If you chant this mantra, there shall be no enemy, including one’s own ego, which can overpower you. It is a mantra of deathlessness.”

Translation: Sustainer, Liberator, Enlightener, Infinite One, Destroyer, Creator, Nameless, Desireless.

So, come join me Saturday April 16th either in person in Phoenix, or here on this website for the live streaming. I look forward to growing, glowing and spring cleaning together!

Bless you in all ways, always,

   Sangeet

Sangeet's Message About Tonight's Journey to Brahm Prakash Meditation

Dear Friends,

Continuing to build our self-mastery in this unpredictable 9 Cycle with our 2-1/2 hour meditations we strive to achieve some measure of balance and steadiness while dropping the past that no longer serves us.

As the Planetary Cycle I've dubbed "March Madness" progresses, with its vortex-like spinning of emotions, we must harness the wind and pull ourselves into the purity of the neutral mind.

So the chant for this meditation focuses on the "Ether Tattva", giving us control of the throat chakra.

The mantra we will be chanting is:

Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Wahe Guru!

It is chanted in an upbeat 8-stroke happy fashion. This brings elevation, balances the nervous system and activates the throat chakra to link the mind to the etheric bliss of the heavens.

Come join me for this special meditation on Wednesday March 16!

Bless you in all ways, always,

   Sangeet

We continue to build our self-mastery in this challenging 9 Cycle with our 2-1/2 hour meditations on the 16th of each month. We focus on achieving a balance between steadily holding on our course while letting go of that which no longer serves us.

At this stage, while our planet is in an 11 Cycle month, our sense of protection, of being an intimate part of Infinite Consciousness is under fire! We might feel isolation, separation from Divine care and guidance. We must take a strong approach to change this.

The meditation we are doing tonight is a pure command for merger with Universal Greatness that flows through us all. It reasserts who we are as intimate parts of the Divine.

This date (each month) takes advantage of a planetary opening that allows us to reach the heavenly ethers and enlist the support of the ancient masters to surround this planet with our prayers.

The mantra we will be chanting is:

Ang Sung Wahe Guru

"In every cell I am Wahe Guru - one in the ecstasy of God." It brings the deep realization that there is no piece or part of ourselves, no action, and no life that is not already the living vibration of the Infinite. We are one with God. With this power we can remove blocks and dissolve the negativity in our world.

Yogi Bhajan said, in The Master’s Touch, [a-healing.com] that

“…if you have put God outside of you, there’s nothing in you, and that’s why you’re suffering.” He continued, “You need a reality that Ang Sang Wahe Guru, with every limb, with thirty trillion cells of you which change themselves every seventy-two hours, God is in you.”

This mantra is also used to eliminate haunting thoughts, to bring peace when there is emotional imbalance, and to counter the phobias and depression that can happen in times of conflict and war. It reminds us of our larger connection with the universe and takes us out of limited, defensive thinking.
