Your Womanheart® "Toolkit"

What Are These Tools & Why Do I Need Them?
This is a time to take preventive action as well as remedial action to support your physical and mental/emotional health. We’re giving you powerful yet easy-to-use tools taken from Kundalini yoga, meditation and power breathing techniques that will help you gain mental clarity and focus, handle stress effectively and succeed in the most challenging situations.

Some of these tools may take only three to five minutes but their effects last for hours. Used regularly they will make a difference in your life, your success and your effectiveness with others in your life.

Do a yoga set, breath, and/or meditation for 40 consecutive days and watch your soul and spirit grow!

Each month we'll add a new yoga set, breath, and/or meditation for you to do.

Always start with the following:
1.  Tuning In - Always "Tune In" before starting any yoga set or meditation.

2.  Warm-up Series - Loosen, stretch, and warm up your spine and body.

3.  A Breath - energize your energy fields and clear your mind.

Then add:
4.  A Yoga set followed by a Meditation
     --or-- just a Meditation.

5.   Relax on your back for a short time.

Tuning In
We always “Tune In” before doing any Kundalini yoga or meditation. By chanting the Adi Mantra, you subtly connect with the power and protection of the masters who have brought this ancient science to us down through the millennia. This is called the “Golden Chain”. It also connects you to the Infinite Creative Consciousness. The Adi Mantra is chanted with a specific rhythm and breath (see below).

The Hand Position & Breath
Sit cross-legged on the floor, palms are pressed flat together at the center of the chest with the thumb knuckles pressing lightly against the chest bone. Inhale and exhale once, then inhale again and begin the chant "Ong Namo, Guru Dev Namo". Chant it 3 times, each time on one long breath. Then take a long inhale, then a slow exhale. Now you are ready for yoga and/or meditation.
