This is one of Yogi Bhajan’s favorite statues of Baba Siri Chand. This one is made of bronze and is about four feet (1.2 meters) tall. Baba Siri Chand is sitting meditating in a beautiful gazebo built just for him. The gazebo is next to the gurdwara near Yogi Bhajan’s home in Española, New Mexico, USA.

Sangeet is among the top teachers at this year’s International Festival who lead workshops in a variety of subjects. Her workshop is on Sunday June 20th, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, focuses on handling the fiery aspects of intimate relationships under the title: “Too Hot to Handle? Taming the Fires of Passion in Relationships.”
In this workshop Sangeet will distill aspects from the teachings of Kundalini Yoga Master Yogi Bhajan to give insights into how we can merge spirit and sense to make intimate relationships even more rewarding and loving.
On Thursday evening, June 24th, Sangeet will also lead a Healing Gong Meditation after the final day of White Tantric Yoga. Prior to that event she and other Reiki Masters and advanced healers trained at The Healing Source will form a Reiki Healing Circle for all participants to enter, lie down in the healing energies, and enjoy.
These and all workshops are open to all participants.
The Summer Solstice is the energetic high point of the year. For those of us who practice Kundalini Yoga, this is a time to purify our minds and bodies with yoga and meditation, and (if possible!) remove ourselves from the daily stresses of life. From June 17-28th, some 2,000 people from around the world will gather for the International Summer Solstice Festival in the Jemez mountains of Northern New Mexico to do just that. It is like living literally in a U.N. during this eight-day retreat, now approaching its 40th year. Whether you can join us in New Mexico or not, wherever you are on planet Earth you can take advantage of the benevolent and empowering effects of this important time by meditating on the evening of June 20th and the morning of the 21st. You can expand on that by doing light yoga and meditating once a day for 3-7 days leading up to the 21st and for the same length of time after that. My prayers for health, joy, prosperity and peace extend to all of you in our Healing Source family at this time! Bless you in all ways, always! Sangeet |

Here is what Snatam Kaur Khalsa wrote in her May, 2010 newsletter about Womanheart:
"The first time I felt like I really got to meet Sangeet Kaur Khalsa, was when we went to Phoenix this spring. She did numerology readings for the whole band and our family. I felt like she was spot on target with the family's readings, and the other band members felt the same way. At that point I realized she was somebody special, and got right down to reading her book called "Womanheart." That was a great journey. Her book gave me some powerful insights into my inner strength as a woman, and how I could bring that strength into every aspect of my life for more joy and fulfillment. I highly recommend her book, especially for women looking to improve their relationships with their partners, or who are looking for a fulfilling relationship.

It wasn't a big shindig like last year for Sangeet's 70th. This year Sangeet celebrated it on the Full Moon meditation night and we all had a great time with our family, friends, and of course, food! Many joined us from all over the Valley.
After 31 minutes of chanting the "Ra Ma Da Sa" mantra (Siri Gaitri mantra), extra powerful healing energies came to charge up the group that special evening, elevating and filling all with pure light.
The icing on the chanting cake was Sangeet playing the gong that made us each feel like we were
