Great Healing Source Events - For More Info: (602) 265-9096 12 December 2006, Tuesday Third Quarter Yoga Location: 3HO Yoga Center: 2302 N. 9th St., Phoenix Enjoy Sangeet's "Shakti Heart Energy" yoga and meditation class series at the 3HO Yoga Center. The first Tuesday night of each month will be two hours long and led by Sangeet with a look-ahead at the Numerology Cycle of that month as it effects each of us, then followed by yoga warm-ups and a beautiful full-hour gong meditation to uplift the spirit and attune us to the energies of these times. Classes on the other Tuesday nights are one hour and fifteen minutes long. Built around themes designed by Sangeet, they will be lead by three members of Sangeet's Womanheart staff - Ardas Kaur, Jaap Kaur and Sangeet Kaur Young. All are heart-centered, certified teachers who are eager to meet you and explore Kundalini Yoga together. Fee: The "First-Tuesday-of-the-Month" class (Sangeet's two-hour class) is $15.
