Dear Friends, Sometime just before Thanksgiving I watched things start to fall apart - not just among clients and students I was seeing but also on the home front. I had tried to give everyone due warning about the "7 cycle" the planet was in throughout 2005, and especially about the difficult months of November and December. I told them tempers would flare, frustration would be high, the nervous system would be vulnerable, and I suggested meditations. I watched my yoga class sizes dwindle rapidly in November and sickness rise. True to a 7 cycle, people withdrew into their caves, hiding out as if they could just let things blow over. They were more exposed than they knew and there was little anyone could do to avoid the impact of external pressures igniting internal triggers. Next year - 2006 - would be better, I assured them. But these last two months could be doozies. Then it hit us at home. Uncharacteristically, my beloved hubby Hari Nam Singh came down with the flu. He's rarely ever sick. I sometimes think he just growls at the nasties and they run away. So I gave him Reiki and some good vitamins and herbs. He recovered, but then the external stuff started to push us. First the heater in the working end of the house died, right before a Reiki weekend. No one could come out to fix it. My usual assistant, Guru Simran Kaur, wasn't able to co-teach with me, so Hari Nam came to the rescue. He did a noble job but by Monday night he had relapsed and the fever had returned. I gave him more Reiki and he got a high-dose vitamin C IV. Recovery began again and the heater was fixed. Then the new installation for digital TV went sour and Hari Nam was up in the attic re-doing cabling. Two installers later, he threw up his hands and went back to plain old basic cable TV. Another relapse and eventual recovery. Then the water heater died. Normally, that wouldn't have bothered us since we two yogis love our morning cold showers. But when you're sick, warm showers are best. Hari Nam spent time on the computer and phones researching alternative systems until he found a new, on-demand, tankless-type hot water heater (Rinnai). Another relapse. By that time, with no support staff and full time client and class responsibilities, I came down with the flu. Four days before Christmas. Argh! At that point I called a halt to everything. With a suggestion from Guru Simran Kaur, I got hubby and me in our home-built infra-red sauna (Dr. Lawrence Wilson) to sweat out the toxins wholesale, used Reiki, and two major extracts - grapefruit seed extract (NutriBiotic) and black elderberry extract (Nature's Way - search for "Sambucol") - as strong anti-viral support. It all worked. We turned it around in two days. By the fourth day Hari Nam declared he wasn't going to spend the rest of his life sick. So we set about helping out a host of others who were sick with the same stuff. We saw some major miracles those last 8 days of 2005, with people who came to us for the three Rs and extracts - Reiki, red light and rest - and we managed to rescue and enjoy Christmas and New Year. We're still keeping up using those 3 Rs, the extracts and a good immune booster (Del-Immune) daily. Anyone who wants to learn these highly effective tools, give us a call and come over. We love to share what works. Keep up and you'll be kept up! Bless you in all ways always! |

To hear Sangeet's message, click on "RealAudio", "WMA", or "MP3" above. "RealAudio", "WMA", and "MP3" are different types of audio files. You can click on any of them, it just depends on which sound player software your computer has. "RealAudio " requires a "RealOne" or "RealAudio" player (or compatible), "WMA" requires a "Windows Media" player (or compatible), and "MP3" requires an MP3 player. "RealAudio" tends to be a little more reliable and better sounding, "WMA" is built into Windows, and "MP3" is very universal. "RealAudio" and "WMA" will (generally) stream, that is, the audio will start playing just a few seconds after clicking on the link (no need to down load the file to play). "MP3" (generally) doesn't stream, but rather your computer's MP3 player software will prompt you to down load the file to your computer for playing. You can't hurt anything by clicking on any of them. If nothing happens or an error message pops up, then your computer doesn't have the appropriate software installed. If that is the case, you can get either one of the free players by clicking here. |
