The Sikh wedding was attended by hundreds from around the world, and many from Arizona who had come to celebrate with them.

Gosh, has this been a tough Spring? I've never seen so many people frazzled with stress, frozen in fear, fried with anger. Now it's the start of summer, and we've declared, "No summer doldrums are allowed here!" So we're issuing several invitations to all of you to prevent the blahs, frazzles, etc. from occurring in your lives and to keep goodness and happiness flowing.

Happiness does not come from anything outside you. It comes by forging a relationship with your soul through daily meditation and prayer. Over time such a practice gives you internal fortitude and an experience of the Divine within you linked to the great Divine in this universe. When challenges come, as they always do, that experience gives you the certain knowledge that you have been and always will be covered by compassionate protection. That builds in you tremendous gratitude, and makes you a resource to help others, by lighting a path through darkness.

My life is dedicated to bringing great tools for such growth to as many as I can. So, in that spirit, here are my invitations that offer some valuable opportunities for healing whatever ails you!

First, you are invited to bliss out, let go and let God in over four blessed days at our Womanheart Retreat June 5th to 8th at a cozy guest ranch south of Tucson. Come join ladies from Arizona and across the country as we grow and glow with meditation, yoga, breathwork, sunrise sadhanas, poolside relaxation and just great fun. Of course, you are invited to bring miracles of healing into your life and the lives of others by learning a very high form of healing at our Reiki therapy training weekend, May 31-June 1st. What a way to kick off the summer and it's so easy to learn to do!

Then, for the big show, on Friday evening June 13th (always a lucky day for me), you are invited to celebrate with me and Hari Nam Singh our first wedding anniversary. Come bring the whole family and enjoy a beautiful full moon meditation, a festive and tasty anniversary cake, good vegan food fixings, and kick-up-your-heels dancing!
